- Your data may be processed using secure third-party platforms named (but not limited to) below:
Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs), Make.com (automation), OpenAI LLM (research), Apollo.io (data enrichment)
- These platforms are used strictly to power workflows and are governed by their respective privacy and security policies.
4. Confidentiality and Model Use: All information you provide is treated as confidential. Any data passed through AI systems (e.g., ChatGPT) is handled via the API, which does not retain or use your inputs for training.
5. Your Rights: You may request deletion of your data anytime by writing to us.

Terms of Use

1. What You’re Signing Up For
By submitting the short form, you’re expressing interest in receiving a GTM plan or GTM sprint deliverable. Once your detailed form is submitted and payment is received, we begin custom processing. All content, insights, and outputs provided by First100Hours are for the exclusive use of the original requester. By using our platform, you agree not to misuse or redistribute the materials generated. All submissions remain confidential and are used solely for the purpose of delivering the GTM Sprint or Brief. 2. Ownership and Usage
You retain full usage rights of the GTM brief and related outputs. Our internal frameworks, AI models, and automation processes remain proprietary.
3. Delivery & Timelines
We aim to deliver your GTM brief within 5–7 business days after receiving your full form and payment. If delays occur due to incomplete inputs or edge cases, we will notify you promptly.
4. No Guarantees Clause
First100Hours delivers actionable GTM strategy recommendations. We do not guarantee business outcomes such as sales, leads, or revenue.
5. AI-Generated Outputs
Parts of your GTM brief may be generated using AI models. These are reviewed by GTM specialists to ensure credibility and fit.
6. Refund Policy
Because this is a custom strategy product, we are unable to offer refunds once your detailed form has been submitted and work has begun.
7. Communication Policy
First100Hours is designed as a self-serve experience. We do not currently offer live consultation calls or retainer services. All communication will be async.
